Learn to Make Pasta

You will learn how to make your own fabulous Pasta. You will start by learning how to make your pasta dough, what methods are needed for the perfect pasta, practice rolling your pasta dough and getting the correct thickness. You will have the opportunity to learn how to make pasta shapes such as Lasagne, Tagliatelle and Tortellini along with a basic Puttanesca sauce anything you don’t eat you can take home with you to cook. You may also have the opportunity to use squid ink in your pasta to try something different and gives the wow factor.

Once you know how to do this you can amaze your friends at parties, cook with your children or just simply whip them up for a weekend treat. Delegates must be 16 or over to attend this course.
