The course is for any amateur cooks or anyone interested in making food. There are no professional skills required.

Entry Requirements

None - delegates must be 16 or over to attend this course.

What will I study?

You will learn how to make your own fabulous Pizza. You will start by learning how to make your pizza dough, what methods are needed for the perfect base, practice stretching your pizza dough and learn how to make the perfect tomato sauce to top your pizza. You will be able to add on your toppings and you will be able to eat your perfect pizza or take it home with you. You will also be able to take away the dough you have made to have a go at home.

Once you know how to do this you can amaze your friends at parties, bake with your children or just simply whip them up for a weekend treat.
