This course will include:
- Week 1 Brownies and blondies
- Week 2 Flapjack and caramel shortbread
- Week 3 Tiffin and Bakewell slice
What will I study?

Perfecting baking skills for parties with desserts for all ages. Products over the three weeks will range from chocolate and fruit tray bakes and can be experimented with other flavours and ingredients.
The following ingredients are a necessity when baking to participate in this course:
- plain flour
- cake margarine / butter
- eggs
- milk chocolate
- white chocolate
- brown sugar
- oats
- caramel
A full ingredients list will be provided once you have joined the course to ensure that you have the ingredients and the course runs smoothly.
The following equipment required:
- stand mixer/hand mixer
- fan or gas oven
- microwave
- kettle
- rectangle baking tins
Entry Requirements

Basic knowledge on baking and have access to Microsoft Teams.
