Overview
Construction and the Built Environment Level 3 Diploma is an ideal qualification if you are interested in pursuing a professional or technical career within the construction industry.
You'll develop key skills in design, analysis and evaluation as well as study topics including surveying, setting out, estimating. construction design and health and safety.
You'll explore the economic, social and environmental impact that the built environment has on individuals and communities, as well as looking at the different demands made upon land use over time and the activities which shape and develop and influence the build environment.
This course is perfect if you are looking for a career as an Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Building Surveyor, Project Manager, Site Manager, Civil Engineer or a Property Developer.

Construction Contracts Manager
Construction contracts managers help to win building contracts. They also help to control costs and keep construction projects on track. Projects can include everything from commercial and residential developments to road and rail engineering works.
If you're good with numbers and IT and can pay close attention to detail, you could find a career as a construction contracts manager very rewarding.
