Starting Out...Right Now, Entry Level 3, is ideal if you have missed the traditional September start date for courses at Blackburn College. From October through to April you can study this 12 week course if you are 16-18 years of age. You will gain a recognised qualification and then be able to move onto other courses at Blackburn College. The course runs between October and April only, at other times of the year we will have more appropriate courses for you to start.
What will I study?

During the 12 week course you will develop a range of important skills, these being social, academic and practical. You will also study Functional Skills English and Maths, which are essential and will support your progression onto other courses.
Entry Requirements
To study A-Level Accounting you will need 5 x C/4 grades at GCSE, one of which needs to be GCSE English Language. Please note that for A-Level Accounting you will need a grade B /5 in Maths.
