The course aims to increase individual workers' knowledge and skills in planning and carrying out activities, thereby enhancing the quality of care that service users experience.
How will the course be delivered?
This is a distance learning package. You will be provided with a support assessor who will contact you via e-mail and telephone. You will complete assessments for each of the units. On successful completion you will gain a NCFE accredited certificate.
