An opportunity is available for a proactive, hands-on individual to join Blackburn Colleges Facilities and Estates function. You will maintain, monitor, test and report on operational performance of the College facilities.
With knowledge of fire and emergency equipment / systems and experience of safe working practices, you will combine a mixture of administrative and technical responsibilities that will place you at the heart of the College Central Services, assisting Site Supervisors and the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team.
Experience of basic repairs, building maintenance and knowledge of environmental / sustainability programs would be an advantage.
As an individual you will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
