An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, hands-on individual to assist Blackburn College in its journey to sustainable safety excellence.  

With relevant competence, and sound practical knowledge, you will champion practicable solutions to support the College in its goal to becoming an organisation where safety is ‘who we are’.   Enhancing HSE awareness through the application of proactive safety systems and safety measures that progress decision-making when factoring risk into our activities. 

You will have excellent people skills with an ability to promote change, and develop the safety culture through ongoing improvement. As an excellent communicator and a strong team player you will provide competent technical guidance, maintain compliance, and record HSE performance. 

As an individual you will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
