We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed team player to join our Academic Group of Engineering and Technology as a Lecturer in Construction teaching on our HNC undergraduate construction programmes. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about teaching and learning and can plan and use a range of effective teaching and learning techniques.

You will have a strong desire to help students to progress in their careers, increase their employability and support personal development.

In this role you will have the opportunity to teach and lead modules, provide pastoral support for students and develop your career in a supportive, innovative and diverse environment. You will be responsible for the delivery and development of full time and part time provision; therefore, daytime and evening delivery will be required of the post holder.

You will possess excellent knowledge of the construction industry, hold a degree in construction and demonstrate excellent communication skills and team working skills.

As an individual, you will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
