Hours: 22.2 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
Salary: SCP 22 – 27: £23,119 - £26,764 pro rata, per annum plus up to £2k market premium dependent on experience, skills and qualifications pro rata per annum.

The Role
Working as part of the Brickwork Apprenticeship team you will be responsible for a caseload of learners. You will liaise with learners to plan and undertake assessments in the workplace, deliver high quality training and support and monitor them through all aspects of their apprenticeship/learner journey to ensure timely completion of the Apprenticeship/qualification framework.
What we are looking for
You should possess a relevant academic or industry related qualification, be qualified to TAQA and hold or be willing to work towards your internal verifier qualification.
Candidates need to have experience of managing a caseload of learners, experience of delivering to the new bricklaying apprenticeship standard and experience of working with an e-portfolio.
As an individual you will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
