The Role

Working as part of the Apprenticeship team you will be responsible for a caseload of learners working on Health and Social Care provision from level 1 through to level 4.  You will liaise with learners to plan and undertake assessments in the workplace, deliver high quality training and support and monitor them through all aspects of their journey to ensure timely completion and for apprentices successful achievement of End Point Assessment.

What we are looking for

You should possess a relevant academic or industry related qualification, have experience of working in a relevant health and social care setting and of managing a caseload of learners. Ideally you will be qualified to assess learners having a TAQA qualification (or be willing to work towards). Experience of working within further education or training setting is desirable.

As an individual you will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
