Customer Service Apprentice @ Cosmetic Aesthetics 

Location: Accrington, BB5 0RE

Cosmetic Aesthetics Clinic, Training Academy and Skincare are looking for a highly enthusiastic, bubbly individual to join our marketing team along with reception duties and administrative duties adhoc. This is a mixed role but exciting.

Duties

  • Welcoming and meeting customers.
  • Updating Social Media platforms to ensure optimum exposure.
  • Updating Shopify and Word press websites with products.
  • Email Marketing.
  • Resolving customer queries.
  • Resolving customer service issues.
  • Facilitate management with general admin duties.
  • Learn how to produce marketing material where required.
The Person
  • At least 6 months experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills
  • IT skills including Microsoft office
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Organisation skills
  • Good team working skills
  • Initiative

Qualifications
  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) essential
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) essential
