Customer Service Apprentice @ Cosmetic Aesthetics

Cosmetic Aesthetics Clinic, Training Academy and Skincare are looking for a highly enthusiastic, bubbly individual to join our marketing team along with reception duties and administrative duties adhoc. This is a mixed role but exciting.
Duties
-
Welcoming and meeting customers.
- Updating Social Media platforms to ensure optimum exposure.
- Updating Shopify and Word press websites with products.
- Email Marketing.

Resolving customer queries.

Resolving customer service issues.

Facilitate management with general admin duties.

Learn how to produce marketing material where required.
The Person
- At least 6 months experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills
- IT skills including Microsoft office
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Organisation skills
- Good team working skills
- Initiative

Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) essential
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) essential
