About The Company

Northern Eco installations help householders in England, Wales and Scotland, obtain grants for Free Energy Saving Measures, Including Insulation and heating grants. The Grants help householders Save money on their energy bills, as well as making their properties more energy efficient and better for the environment. The Grants help those who are vulnerable and live in high poverty areas.

The Role

You will be working as part of a vibrant friendly team. Your role will include general office duties such as answering phones, arranging surveyors’ diaries & chasing up missing documents. You will also be liaising with our sister company obtaining and providing any required documentation, ensuring deadlines are met and keeping customers up to date with the progress of their grants. Your role will be varied and rewarding, including contacting and dealing with local councils and various organisations and companies.

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant must be intelligent, fluent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams. You must have an excellent telephone manner and be happy working as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is seeking a career not just a job. There will be opportunities for promotion and progression. Pay and Benefits

· Hours of Work: 40 Hours – Monday – Thursday 9-5pm. Friday 9-3.30pm.

· Pay £6.50 per hour

Qualifications Required

GCSE in Maths and English as Grade 4/C essential
