Job Description
Day to day administrative support to a busy Operations Department, working alongside other members of the office interacting with engineers, customers, and suppliers.
Job role will include:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Department
- Answering phone calls and responding to customers’ requests and enquiries
- Ensuring the day to day needs of the business run smoothly through booking travel and accommodation, placing orders with suppliers, raising job cards and purchase orders, and arranging on site access for engineers
- Working with other departments according to the needs of the business

Qualifications Required
- Grade C or above (or equivalent) in GCSE or equivalent Maths and English
