The right person will join a small customer service department of 3 and they also give out technical support as well.
Key responsibilities include taking responsibility for ensuring all our corporate customers receive the best possible customer service and that any issues are dealt with in the quickest possible manner.
This role deals with other business to business customers on a daily basis through phone calls and emails. As such a mature and positive attitude will be required to succeed in this role

Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) essential
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C) essential
