Job Description
The apprentice will deliver essential one-to-one Beauty Therapy treatments whilst maintaining the salon's image, financial viability and reputation. The apprentice will act with professionalism and observe safe working practices to a high level of precision.
This company are looking for an apprentice beauty therapist to join them at their very busy salon. They have a wealth of experience and will give high quality training.
The salon have the Icon Training Academy, they offer Hair & Beauty treatments, Bridal Studio. Bridal Packages, Waxing, Threading, Facials, Manicures, Pedicures, IPL.
Duties to include:
- Ensure responsibility for actions to reduce risks to health and safety
- Promote additional services and products to clients
- Provide facial skin care treatment
- Laser IPL treatments, including; permanent hair reduction, acne treatments, pigmentation, skin rejuvenation, red/blue light therapy
The apprentice will be expected to:
- Meet and greet clients
- Assisting therapists
- Reception duties
- Cleaning duties

Qualifications
Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification is essential as this role is for a Level 3 Beauty Apprentice
Will need to pass an initial assessment at Blackburn College
Things to Consider
There may be at least one late night per week and Saturday work.
