The Role

Working as part of the apprenticeship team you will be responsible for a case load of learners. You will liaise with learners to plan and undertake assessments in the workplace, deliver high quality training and support and monitor them through all aspects of their apprenticeship journey/qualification to ensure timely completion of the Apprenticeship framework/qualification.

 What we are looking for

You should possess a relevant academic or industry related qualification, be qualified to TAQA and hold or be willing to work towards your internal verifier qualification.  You should possess a recognised teaching qualification or willingness to achieve one within two years (Self-funding)

Candidates need to have experience of working in a relevant setting as well as managing employer relationships. You will also need experience of working with a caseload of learners. Experience of working in a further education or training setting and leading on Internal Verification is desirable.
