An amazing Business Administrator Apprenticeship Opportunity to work with Housing Triage Ltd!
Housing Triage Ltd are a Claims Company that specialises in packaging of claims in relation to litigious claimant streams.
The Apprentice will gain the experience and knowledge to be responsible for providing a comprehensive and compliant administrative function to support the claims process.
What will the Apprentice be doing?
- Handling multiple emailboxes, responded to all queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Sending completed Conditional Fee Agreements (CFA) to third parties.
- Sending survey reports to third parties and liaising with the internal and external survey teams.
- Producing outgoing letters and issuing them by post.
- Processing DSAR requests / queries / and receipt of DSAR info
- Liaising with third party providers by phone and email to answer queries and provide information.
- Liaising with clients by phone and email.
- Updating case status on various software.
- Vetting leads against specified criteria provided by panel law firms.
- Following up incomplete or missing information with clients and third parties to expedite the claim process.
- Meeting deadlines driven by external parties whilst retaining professional courtesy.
- Completing data cleansing exercises and general administrative housekeeping in line with GDPR requirements.
- Supporting the delivery of consistently high service levels and productivity with internal and external firms.
- Complying with all internal Policies and Procedures.
- Any other administrative duties required to assist the wider organisation when required.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to write information clearly and concisely, with accurate spelling and grammar
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Posess and understanding of the imporance to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) essential
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) essential
