As a vital member of our apprenticeship team you will be involved in the onsite assessments for a case load of plumbing apprentices. This will include ensuring all preparation, training and assessments comply with College quality systems and qualification guidelines. There will also be some involvement with the delivery of both practical and theoretical training and assessment of the apprenticeship curriculum, along with support and preparation for end point assessment. In addition, you will assist in the recruitment, induction and enrolment of candidates.
You will need a Level 3 vocational qualification in Plumbing and be qualified to TAQA or equivalent. You will need to have recent and relevant, practical experience of working in an industrial setting as well as managing a caseload of learners.
You will have the enthusiasm to communicate a real passion for your subject and will be a highly motivated and organised individual with the ability to work effectively without supervision.
