Level 3 Business Admin Apprentice at Smart Eye Services

Primary Role

Smart eye services is a UK based Security service provider Looking for Business Administrator apprentice this is a virtual reception role, making and answering phone calls, texts and emails, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, managing administrative duties, supporting the team, updating filing systems and records

Key Functions

  • Support the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
  • Handle and prioritise incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Working under director and GM as an Administrative Assistant
  • Organise office equipment and supplies as required.
  • Daily emails writing to different clients
  • Maintain and update accurate data, records and files.
  • Support marketing campaigns and assist material for social media.
  • Carry out any relevant and required admin duties, such as filing, scanning and photocopying

Skills and personal qualities

  • Good understanding of written and spoken English
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft excel and word
  • motivated
  • Good communication skills
  • keen to learn new skills
  • use initiative and work independently at times.

Qualifications

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) essential
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) essential
