Future Forward - Youth Course for Young Adults Age 19-24

Future Forward is a dynamic 3-week programme designed to support young people who are unsure about their next steps. Whether you're exploring career options, looking to build confidence, or need help figuring out your future, this course offers a supportive and engaging environment to help you move forward.

Over three weeks, learners will take part in a range of interactive workshops and activities, including:

• Building Aspirations
  Explore your strengths, interests, and goals to help shape your future.
• Career Exploration
  Discover a variety of sectors and job roles through guest speakers, sector spotlights, and practical tasks.
• Marketing Yourself
  Learn how to create a CV, write a personal statement, and build a professional online presence.
• Wellbeing and Resilience
  Develop strategies to manage stress, stay motivated, and build emotional resilience.

Employability Skills
Gain essential workplace skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management

There are no standard entry requirements; however, a short assessment will take place prior to enrolment to ensure the course is right for you. Courses are free if you’re claiming a benefit or earning less than £25,750
