Generous Pensions

All staff have the option to join a defined benefit pension scheme, dependent upon their role, in either the Local Government Pension Scheme or Teacher Pension scheme. In addition to employee contributions, the College contributes a further 14-17% of salary to the pension scheme for each member of staff.
