Generous Holidays

Starting at 28 days annual leave up to the full-time equivalent of 35 days annual leave (dependent upon grade and length of service) PLUS bank holidays and College closure days.

Generous Pensions

All staff have the option to join a defined benefit pension scheme, dependent upon their role, in either the Local Government Pension Scheme or Teacher Pension scheme. In addition to employee contributions, the College contributes a further 14-17% of salary to the pension scheme for each member of staff.

Discounted deal at Blackburn Sports and Leisure - Staff can choose either; £15 per month for unlimited gym & swim access at Blackburn Sports and Leisure Centre.
