Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and supporting their learning and development in a safe and nurturing environment. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in a nursery setting while working towards a recognised childcare qualification.
Duties:
· Support the care, learning and development of children in a safe and nurturing environment.
· Supervise children during play, activities and daily routines.
· Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities.
· Support children with personal care such as meals, hygiene and toileting.
· Observe and record children’s development and progress.
· Follow health, safety and safeguarding policies at all times.
· Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
· Help prepare and tidy learning areas and resources.

Qualifications
Will need to pass an initial assessment at Blackburn College.
Working Week Monday – Friday between 07:30am – 17:30pm
Pay £8.00
