Nester Estates are a property developer with projects on sites across the northwest. They are looking for an apprentice to join their construction team and support the projects to completion.

Job Role
- Support skilled carpenters by performing tasks such as measuring and cutting materials, assembling structures, and installing components like doors, windows, staircases, floor joists, hinges and all other tasks relevant to the trade.
- Handling, maintaining and storing construction tools and materials.
- Preparing and organised work site
- Working with instructions/drawings and plans to meet customer specifications and requirements.
- Adhering to all health and safety requirements on site and adhering to the employers’ health and safety procedures.
- Will be required to keep the work area clean for the trades people and be ready to start at the bottom and work alongside their mentors
Required Skills & Personal Qualities
- Basic knowledge of tools and other building materials
- Excellent work ethic
- Must have a passion for joinery and be able to demonstrate basic knowledge
- Good communication skills verbal and written
- Attentive
- Demonstrate sound customer liaison skills
Working Schedule
Monday-Friday: 07:45-16:00
Required Qualifications
GCSE Maths: Grade 3 (or equivalent)
GCSE English: Grade 3 (or equivalent)
Driving is not essential - Successful applicants must be able to get to Brownhill Roundabout to be picked up.
