Early Baird's Billington is on the lookout for a motivated and caring individual to join our passionate team as an Early Years Apprentice; whether you're just starting out at Level 2 or ready to progress to Level 3.
Although the L2 does not require any previous Early Years qualification, If hold a L2 Diploma in Early Years, then this can be an amazing opportunity for someone to progress to their Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship.
This is a brilliant opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification, in a nurturing and supportive nursery setting.
Duties:
- Supporting the learning, development, and care of children aged 0–5
- Assisting with daily routines such as meals, play, and rest times
- Planning and delivering fun, engaging activities that promote learning
- Keeping children safe and happy while helping them grow
- Working alongside experienced Early Years professionals
- Studying towards your Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification with support from a dedicated training provider
Requirements:
- A passion for working with young children
- Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- No previous experience required for Level 2
- For Level 3 applicants: Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) required
