Looking for a Business Admin apprenticeship?
We are looking to recruit an apprentice office/sales administrator to join our team. This is a full-time permanent job, starting with a 2 year “Business Administration” apprenticeship.
Working closely with the sales team, the successful candidate will start as a trainee, and over time will grow into the role and ultimately play a key part in ensuring that our busy office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Job Role:
Sales Related
- Sales order processing
- Producing and following up quotations
- Speaking to customers and dealing with sales enquiries
- Adding customer data to the company CRM and ERP systems
- Import and export procedures & documentation
General Office Admin
- Receptionist duties as and when needed
- Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
- Arranging for meetings by reserving rooms and sourcing refreshments
- Managing office supplies and consumables
Skills & Personal Qualities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good English reading and writing skills
- Good organisational skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritise their own workload
- Confident while working independently or in a team
- Good computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Excel/Word
- Whilst not essential, experience of programming and/or working with data and databases would be an advantage. – GCSE ICT
Working Schedule:
Monday -Friday 9:00 - 17:00
