Looking for a Business Admin apprenticeship?

We are looking to recruit an apprentice office/sales administrator to join our team. This is a full-time permanent job, starting with a 2 year “Business Administration” apprenticeship.

Working closely with the sales team, the successful candidate will start as a trainee, and over time will grow into the role and ultimately play a key part in ensuring that our busy office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Role:

Sales Related

  • Sales order processing
  • Producing and following up quotations
  • Speaking to customers and dealing with sales enquiries
  • Adding customer data to the company CRM and ERP systems
  • Import and export procedures & documentation

General Office Admin

  • Receptionist duties as and when needed
  • Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
  • Arranging for meetings by reserving rooms and sourcing refreshments
  • Managing office supplies and consumables

Skills & Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good English reading and writing skills
  • Good organisational skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritise their own workload
  • Confident while working independently or in a team
  • Good computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Excel/Word
  • Whilst not essential, experience of programming and/or working with data and databases would be an advantage. – GCSE ICT

Working Schedule:

Monday -Friday 9:00 - 17:00

GCSE Mathematics grade 4

GCSE English grade 4
