Scrap Local Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic and success-driven apprentice to join the award-winning team at our vibrant office space in Darwen. With No mucky boots or oily Hi-vis or Hard Hats.
What will your role include?
Supporting the Business operations Team with occasional involvement with marketing and Sales activities
Customer interaction both over the phone and via email
Learning to Provide outstanding service and addressing enquiries
Learn how to use and maintain the Company's CRM systems and other software systems
Manage bookings and ensure customer accounts are accurate and up to date
Liaising with clients by phone and email
Updating case status on various software
As you progress, you will assist the team with managing invoices and processing purchase orders
Required Skills & Personal Qualities:
Friendly outgoing and sunny personality with the enthusiasm to deliver excellent customer service to our clients.
Ability to write information clearly and concisely, with accurate spelling and grammar
Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Good organisational skills
Strong desire to learn from our friendly team

Confident and able to work within a busy motor trade environment
Qualifications
GCSE Mathematics grade 4-9/C-A*
GSCE English grade 4-9/C-A*
