We are proud to partner with Crystal AVIT Ltd in their search for their next apprentice. The role is to learn ICT support for the Company's wide range of business clients.  The role will also include AV installation and support as part of the Company's business service provision.

The Role 

  • To work to complete the relevant ICT training requirements for the business
  • To predominantly support Windows Server, Windows OS, Mac OS and Microsoft 365
  • Log IT helpdesk calls on the central helpdesk system and monitor progress to completion
  • Provide relevant and timely support to the users with ICT related issues
  • Ensure vlioUser’s data and systems are maintained correctly
  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults on Windows workstations (including desktops/laptops/printers/mobile phones/VolP systems/CCTV and networking)
  • Build an understanding of back office and production systems and assist in the repair thereof
  • Eager to learn and develop and demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Work closely with all other internal departments
  • Excellent communication skills

GCSE Mathematics grade 4

GSCE English grade 4
