Looking for a Business Admin apprenticeship?

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Business Administrator. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone eager to learn about all aspects of office administration within the luxury kitchen and interiors industry.

Job Role:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Learn and support daily office administration tasks across departments. 

  • Work primarily with the Customer Care Team to manage aftercare and support services. 

  • Gain insight into the kitchen and interiors industry, especially the high-end residential sector. 

  • Handle after-sales support for our Contract Division. 

  • Use and update various CRM systems. 

  • Work across our three different sites, including occasional reception cover. 

  • Assist in Sales and Accounts, including responding to customer enquiries. 

  • Communicate with external customers (mainly property buyers from developers) via email and phone. 

  • Develop product knowledge of premium kitchen solutions and bespoke fittings. 

 What You’ll Gain:

Skills & Personal Qualities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 

  • Ability to quickly learn CRM and internal systems 

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail 

  • Confidence in handling phone and email communication 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively 

  • Comfortable working across different teams  

  • Positive, professional, and proactive attitude 

  • Willingness to learn and take initiative 

  • Friendly, approachable, and a good team player 

  • Dependable, punctual, and well-presented 

  • Interest in design, interiors, or property is a plus 

  • Adaptable and enjoys variety in day-to-day work 

 

Working Schedule:

37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00

Required Qualifications:

GCSE Mathematics grade 4

GCSE English grade 4
