    · Prospective students will have experience with drawing and ideally experience with other paints.

  • What will I study?

    · You will study the material, how to mix it, how to layer and develop and refine details for your desired subject.

  • Entry Requirements

    There are no specific requirements for this course, other than enthusiasm and passion for developing your oil painting skills.

  • How will I be assessed?

    · Week 1 – Materials, Mediums and Control

    · Week 2 – Colour mixing and Temperature

    · Week 3 – Layering and Surface Development

    · Week 4 – Depth and Finishing

  • What will I get at the end of the course?

    · Students should choose their subject in which they want to paint, they will then come away with a finished painting and some samples.
