If English isn’t your first language, you may want to enrol on one of our English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) courses.
Designed for non-English speakers who wish to become more adept at speaking the language, ESOL will help you in all aspects of your life. Ensuring you can get by well socially and successfully gain employment, an ESOL course at Blackburn College is designed to be both fun and comprehensive.
Whether you would like to learn basic greetings and how to introduce yourself, or you’re keen to discover more about grammar and punctuation, you will be well suited to a course like this.
Improve your speaking, reading, writing, and listening and become fluent in English as a second language. It’s ideal for people who now reside in England and want to learn all there is to know about the English language, the country’s culture, traditions, and its people.
Gaining an ESOL qualification shows you have a great understanding of English, allowing you to navigate everyday life and meet and converse with others confidently. You will develop communication skills and learn about English customs and even slang as well.
