This one month course is designed to teach learners the fundamentals of music production using Logic Pro, one of the industry’s leading digital audio workstations. Learners will explore the software's powerful tools, from recording and arranging to mixing and mastering. Topics include understanding MIDI, audio recording, sound design, and applying various effects and plugins to enhance tracks. By the end of the course, learners will have the skills to produce professional-quality music, create polished compositions, and confidently use Logic Pro to bring their musical ideas to life.

    Week 2 – Recording & MIDI

    • Recording Techniques
    • Setting up audio tracks
    • Mic placement & recording levels
    • MIDI & Virtual Instruments
    • MIDI basics, controllers, editing
    • Effects & Processing
    • Reverb, delay, compression

    Week 3 – Synths, MIDI FX & Automation

    • Logic’s Synths
    • Alchemy, ES2, Retro Synth
    • Filters, envelopes, LFOs
    • MIDI Effects & Sequencing
    • Arpeggiators, step sequencing
    • Automation
    • Volume, pan, effects automation

    Week 4 – Creating a Music Piece

    • Applying Skills in a Music Project
