A brilliant Apprenticeship opportunity has arisen within our Client Care & Business Development Team at our Head Office in Blackburn.

The candidate chosen will fill the role of Receptionist at our offices whilst also working alongside the Business Development & Client Care Team. The main purpose of the role will be to manage a portfolio of current business clients. Also, to build new working relationships with businesses incidental to Residential Conveyancing. This role will also require the individual to enhance the company’s reputation on social media and review platforms.

A non-exhaustive list of the tasks which will be included within this role has been listed below:

1.Telephone calls to various businesses to introduce our Conveyancing and Personal Injury Services.


2.Arranging Teams Calls and Meetings with service linked businesses.


3.Managing a list of existing service-linked businesses (sources).


4.Completing internal office tasks to ensure the smooth running of the individual Departments within the company.


5.Meeting business clients to build rapport and to ensure quality of service is achieved by all Departments within the firm.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday (9;00am to 5:30pm)

Qualifications Required

  • GCSE Grade 4 in English and Mathematics
  • Must be over 18 years of age and not older that 24
