The course is open to anyone interested in learning sewing techniques and basic sewing machine skills. The course runs for 3 hours per week for 5 weeks.

What will I study?
What will I study?
The practical course is designed to give you the confidence to sew on a machine, learning new sewing techniques and an opportunity to work on your own project. This could be creating cushion covers, a simple bag or a basic garment.
Throughout the course, you will be given tutor support and guidance whilst learning to produce a basic garment, accessory or soft furnishing product, using the correct finishing techniques such as seams, zips, pleats, gathers and pockets. -
