This assessment will enable gas engineers who hold (CCCN1) Catering Commercial to expand their scope of work to include Ranges.
Re-assessment for (COMCAT1) Commercial Catering Appliances, which is required every five years, is also available.

Candidates will complete a series of written and practical assessments.

Candidates may consider looking at (COMCAT1) Fryers and (COMCAT 5) Forced Draught to expanding their scope of work.
