Commercial Mobile Catering (CMC1)

This assessment will enable gas engineers who already hold (CCLP1) Core Domestic Safety LPG or CONGLP1 (Change over Domestic or Commercial to LPG and  (CCCN1) Core Commercial Catering Gas Safety or (CODC1) Change over Domestic Core to Catering Core to expand their scope of work to include Commercial Mobile Catering

Re-assessment for (CMC1) Commercial Mobile Catering, which is required every five years, is also available.

Training is available prior to carrying out the assessment if required.

Must already be accredited with (CCLP1) Core Domestic Safety LPG or CONGLP1 (Change over Domestic or Commercial to LPG and (CCCN1) Core Commercial Catering Gas Safety or (CODC1) Change over Domestic Core to Catering Core.

Candidates may consider looking to add other catering appliances to expand their scope of work such as (COMCAT1)  Commercial Catering Appliance – Ranges (COMCAT2)  Commercial Catering Appliance –Steam (COMCAT3) Commercial Catering Appliance –Fryers.
