  • Overview

    The ILM Level 7 Award, Certificate, and Diploma are qualifications for senior leaders and managers, with the Award being the smallest and the Diploma the most extensive. The Award focuses on a specific, self-selected area of leadership development, while the Certificate includes a mandatory unit on data-driven management, and the Diploma builds on the Certificate by adding units on leading change and creating high-performance cultures. The Diploma offers the most credits, equivalent to a PG Certificate and a third of a Masters.

  • Entry Requirements

    To complete this module, attendees should have completed the ILM Level 5 Certificate at a minimum and have at least 5 years senior management experience.  If you are unsure if you’ll be eligible, please request a conversation with the course leader before making your booking.
