Salary: £21.70 per hour +£5.17 holiday pay
Hours: Up to 24 Hours (hours include working some evenings as well as working independently away from College)

What we are looking for

The successful candidate will possess a PGCE or other recognised teaching qualification. You should have a Level 4/5 subject specialist qualification in ESOL or a willingness to work towards as part of your development. 

Experience of teaching ESOL is essential (ideally including a variety of settings such as FE, international, commercial, Job Centre Plus or similar provision from outside agencies) as is an understanding of the national SFL/ESOL agenda and a commitment to achieving targets in line with that agenda. 

You should also have proven organisational ability, work well as part of a team and be willing to work flexibly, including evenings as well as working independently away from the College campus. As an individual you will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
