Scholars Training Restaurant receives accreditation

Blackburn College is thrilled to announce that our Scholars Training Restaurant has received a coveted accreditation from the UK’s leading chef organisation – The Craft Guild of Chefs.

David McKown of the Guild presented our Catering and Hospitality Department with a commemorative plaque in recognition of our outstanding training standards and facilities.

With £850,000 invested into state-of-the-art kitchens and dining spaces, our students are gaining real-world experience in a top-tier environment – and the industry has taken notice.
