Managing the day-to-day risks employees might encounter, Health and Safety workers are on hand to help reduce accidents in the workplace or respond to potentially dangerous situations. Health and Safety trainers will know all there is to know about staying safe in the office or on construction sites, for example, and they may visit various workplaces to teach others the importance of following company protocol.
