Passion, drive, and goals

What made you decide to study at University Centre Blackburn College?

I took criminology University Centre Blackburn College because I found it convenient living in Nelson and the fact of matter that they were working with Lancaster University.

What did you like best about the University College Blackburn College?

I found the University Centre tutors very supportive. Ever since I started studying they were there every minute I started right to the end by giving me that extra support.

What did you like best about your course?

Being town counsellor I go out to my way and do things for the public and this is means that I can put my knowledge towards helping the public in that sense.

What did you think about the campus - the atmosphere, the facilities and how safe it was?

Blackburn University is more appealing for students. Blackburn College students tend to commute from home to save extra money instead of going  different cities and towns to actually pay for accommodation.

What are you doing now?

I'm working for Lancaster County Council. I've been in a job role as a security and a customer advisor with different aspects of customers stakeholders and other contractors. I do the health and safety and do the risk assessments.
